March Sound Bath

It seems there a lot of changes happening and it's early in the year.
Ready for a Self Care Sunday? Come and relax and enjoy the sounds and vibrations of gongs and Tibetan bowls as they wash away any stress, anxiety or overwhelm.

*Please a mat, blanket, pillow, chair if you prefer, anything and everything to make yourself comfortable.

The cost is $30 online or cash at the door
