Reformer Classes

Group Pilates reformer classes offered. Classes are all level.

Free 30-minute Introductory session are available on Mondays and Thursdays at 3:30 and Saturday mornings at 9:00AM.

Currently there are no Yoga Classes.

Once a month a Sound Bath is offered with Gongs and Tibetan Bowls.

Private Sound Baths are available too!
