Sound Bath

This will be a special weekend of celebrations! Juneteenth, Summer Solstice, and Father’s Day!
Come start the weekend on Friday afternoon for a gentle refresh. Come enjoy the sounds and vibrations of gongs and Tibetan bowls while you let your body and mind relax!

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, chair if you prefer, anything and everything to be comfortable.

Cost is $30 online or cash at the door
